and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments
received from the responsible parent to the Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services until further order of this Court to
the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from the
~
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in wliich event
the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable
to the person having cusCody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all money orders, cashiers
checks and accountings shall bear the name and Social Security
Number of the responsible parent. The payment shall be made payable
to the Q.ERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
Clerk of the Circuit Court
