promissory note of ev~en date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortg,agor does grant, bargain, sell, alie~, remise, release,
and convey and rnn~rm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, all of that' certain tract of land of which the Martgagor is now

St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained
therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

Together wit6 all and singutar the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and also all building~, structures, additions and impmvements, now or at any time hereafter erected thereon,
together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and all plumbing apparatus, fixtures,
appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, bacins, electric heating and iighting plants, lighting fixtures. power machinery,
plant or plants for running and uperation of passenger or other elevators. including passenger and other elevators. venetian
blinds, refrigerators, ranges, aw~nings "and shutters, now or hereafter located in the building upon said land, and all other
machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewal or replacement of fxtures,
~ machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on said premises. in connection with the completion thereof , _
~ or in addition thereto, which may hereafter be placed upon the abo~e described land, which said fixtures, machinery, ap-
~ pliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims
ti in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a first lien thereon.

~ TO, HAVE AND TO NOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or assigned
~ by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Nortgagee, in fee ~mple. ~

A And the mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey
~ said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at aU times peaceably and quietly to enter upon,
~ hold, oocupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as may be hereia described; that the
~ Mortgagor will make such further assurances to pedect the fee simple title to said land in the Mortgagee as may reasonably~
~ be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and witl defend the same against the Iawful
