Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and also al! buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter erected thereon,
together with and including ail of the boifers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and atl plumbing apparatus. fixtures,
appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery.
plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators, including passenge~ and other elevators, venetian
blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter iocated in the building upon said land, and all other
machinery, apptiances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewa) or replacement of Putures,

or in addition thereto, which may hereafter be placed upon the above described land, which said fixtures, machinery, ap-

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, ptedged or assigned

said land in fee sim~le as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quiedy to enter upon.
