3. Grzntor reserves ta itself and its successors, the ~xclusive,
perpetual right t~o request or pc~tition Grantee, its successors
and assigns for permission to build, operate, main~ain, rent
sub-~et and sell such Uuildinys or structures for such pur-
poses and in the locations on the ~ands conveyed hereby as more
fully described in F.xhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated
herein, provided that any such proposed use shall be compatible
wi~h the preservation and conservation of the lanc3s cunveyed
hereby as a ~vilderness preser~?e: Grantee for itself and its
successors ancl assigns, ac~rees that Grantor's rec~uest or pe-
ti.tion shall not be denied unreasonably or arbitrarily and
that such refusal shall be related reasonably to preservation
- of the lands transferred hereby as a wilderness prc,serve.
~ Grantor further ac}:nowledc~es and agrees that any rc~~~t~est or ~
petition presented hereunder shaZl also be subject to approval
of the Savannas [rTilderness Trust, Inc: or its successor upon ~
such like terms ancl under such like conditions as aUove stated
and it is under~tood that such approval shall not be ~rithY:eld
arbitrarily or unreasonably and that such denial shall be
reasonably related to pr_eservation of lands transferred hereby
as a wilderness preserve. In the event that the parties hereto,
or their successozs, agrce to a proposal presented under the,~
terms hereto by Grantor or its successors, Grantee'or i~s
~ successors, siia.ll convey to Grantor, or its successars, an
insurable leasehoZd interesL in the site or sites hereon. such
~ proposed use, uses, structure, or structures are to Ue located
toqe4her wi~h apnurtenant easements for access thereto over,
upon and across the lancls described in Exhibit "B". I~othing
in this paragraph contained shall-give to Grantee or its
successors the right to grant- easements ot~er any other lands
described in Exhibit "B". Nothiny in this paragraph ~ontaineci
shall give to Grantee or its successors the right to grant
easements over any other lands which may bn conveyed by Grantee
to the State of rlorida.
'Phis Deed is also executed subject to tax~s assessed for the year 1977
and aZZ subseRuent years and to all easements, rights of way, re-
servations, restrictions and any other conditions or.limitations of
record.
