This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the veri- '
fied petition for adoption filed herein by ROSS WALTER HOFFMEIER

and upon Lhe consent for adoption filed herein by the natural
mother, Deborah Taylor Hoffineier, and upon the consent for
adoption filed herein by the natural father, Daniel Joseph
Carey, and it appearing to the Court that the ~.atii:ioner~is a
fit~and proper person to adopt the minor child sought to be
adopted and that the best interest of the child will be
prompted by the adoption and the child is suitable for adop-
tion by the petitioner, ROSS WALTER HOFFr'IEIER, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as
DANIEL JOHN CAREY is to be the ~legal child of the oetitioner,
ROSS WALTER HOFFMEIER, and is given the name of DANIEL JOHN
