ment of the Property, have the right to collec~ and retain such rents as they become due and payable.
Upon accele~ation under parag~aph 18 hereof or at~andonment of the Propcrty, I.ender shalt be entitted to have a
receive~ aPpointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Properry and ta collect the rents of the ~
Property, including those past due. AI! rents collerte~i hy the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs ot !

21. Future Advancrs. Upon request by Borrower, I.ender, at Lendcr s option within twenry years from thc date of this ~
