finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the partiesf and that the marriage between

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. it it f

thereupon ?
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between WANDA F.

BENNETT and KEITH L. BENNETT, be and the same is hereby.dissolved, ~ ~
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ;
bonds_of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~
obligations arisinq therefrom.
. 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. WANDA F. BENNETT be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of WANDA F. PALMER, and ~
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not inter- -
' vened.
; 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
