FINAL JUDGMENT ~ _ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause~came on for final hearing before the Court on the issues made by petition of the Petitioner, ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON, JR., and the counter-petition of the Respondent~ MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, and the Court having considered the evidence adduced on behalf of both parties and the argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the premises, does find and determine that the Court has jurisdiction over the parties to and the subject matter of this cause, that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, that custody of the parties' minor child, JANE ELLEN JOHNSON, should be awarded to the Respondent, and that the jointly owned property of the parties should be divided between them on an equitable basis-as jointly requested by both parties; thereupon, in consideration of the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between the Petitioner, ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON, JR.~ and the Respondent, MARY ELLEN JOHNSON~ is irretrievably broken and be and is hereby dissolved. 2. The entire care, custody and control of the parties' minor child. JANE ELLEN JOHNSON, be and the same is hereby awarded to the Respondent, MARY ELLEN JONNSON, with the Petitioner, ALEXANDER 'j/ LEO JOHNSON, JR., entitled to visitation aC all reasonable times and places. 3.
