as she has or may from time to time attend, which payments are ~

retroactive to the first day of November, 1977, pursuant to this - !
Court's Order of November 21, 1977, and shall continue until such '

time as the said minor shall reach the age of eighteen (18) years ;
or until further Order of this Court, whichever shall first occur.
Payment of the support shall be made by Petitiotier to Respondent on
Friday of each week comanencing March 24, 1978, and payment of the
tuition ~shall be paid monthly on the first day of each month during ~
which tuition is due. Any sums due by Petitioner to Responden~t for
support and ttiition for the period from November 1, 1977, Co the
date of this Judgment shall be paid by Petitioner to Respondent in
a lump sum within thirty (30) days from the date hereof.
4. The praper of Respondent, MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, for alimony
be and the same is hereby denied, as the Court finds and determines -

that after division of the property as hereinafter set forth, she
has assets having a net worth substantially equal to that of the
Petitioner and she has an income and earning capacity substantially
equal to that of the Petitioner.
5. The real property located at 1504 Coronado Avenue, Fort
Pierce, ~'lorida~ and described as Lots 8, 9 and 10, of Block 1,
Cortez Park, St. Lucie County, Florida, which property was formerly
the marital domici2e of the parties and jointly owned by them,
together with all of the furniture, furnishings and fixtures con-
tained therein, and all other personal property therein other than
the personal effects of the Petitioner,'if any, be and the same

hereby is awarded to the Respondent, MARY ELLEN JOHNSON.
6. The real property deseribed as the East 497 feet of ~

Lots S4 and 55, less the East 17 feet thereof, Maravilla Gardens -
Subdivision,.Unit One, St. Lucie County, Florida, which real property
is presently occupied by the business known as A1 Johnson Motors,
Inc., and/or Johreson Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc., be and the same is f

hereby awarded to the Respondent, MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, subject to all

existing encumbrances which are to be assumed and pa~.d by her.
