Unit One, St. Lucie County, Florida, upon which is located a restaurant building under lease to Sambo's, and two (2) vacant parcels to the West thereof, one of which is leased to Sambo's for parking facilities, be and the same is hereby awarded to Petitioner, ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON, JR.~ subject to alI existing encumbrances which are to be assumed and paid by him. 8. The real property described as Lots S4 and 55, less the East 497 feet thereof~ Maravilla Gardens Subdivision, Unit One, St. Lucie County~ Florida; which property lies iu~nediately West and adjacent to the garage building above described. be and the same is hereby awarded to the Petitioner, ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON, JR. 9.
