Lot 56, less the East 17 feet thereof, Maravilla Gardens Subdivision.
Unit One, St. Lucie County, Florida, upon which is located a
restaurant building under lease to Sambo's, and two (2) vacant parcels
to the West thereof, one of which is leased to Sambo's for parking
facilities, be and the same is hereby awarded to Petitioner, ALEXANDER
LEO JOHNSON, JR.~ subject to alI existing encumbrances which are to
be assumed and paid by him.
8. The real property described as Lots S4 and 55, less the
East 497 feet thereof~ Maravilla Gardens Subdivision, Unit One,
St. Lucie County~ Florida; which property lies iu~nediately West and
adjacent to the garage building above described. be and the same is
hereby awarded to the Petitioner, ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON, JR.
9. The prayer of the Respondent~ MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, for a
special equity in the condominium apartment described as Apartment
B-205 of Colonnades Condominium, 1223 Bayshore Drive~ Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, be and the same hereby is denied.
10 The two hundred (200) shares_of stock in First Bankshares
of Florida jointly owned by the parties are to be divided between the
parties equally, the Petitioner awarded one hundred (100) shares
thereof and the Respondent awarded one hundred (100) shares thereof,
11, In the division of the real property as above set forth,
the party to whom the same has been awarded will take subject to
existing liens or encumbrances and Che responsibility to fulZy dis-
charge the same and indemnify the other from and against all,claims
arising out of any such liens or encumbrances; provided, however,

that charges or expenses for principal and interest on any mortgages
against the respective property, liability for unpaid sales tax on
rentais received on any of said properties, and ad valorem taxes for
1978 and all prior years, if any, computed up to the 15th day of
March, 1978, shall be borne equally by the parties and an accounting
thereof. including full credit and allowances to either party for any
disproportionate payment of taxes or insurance on the parties' joint
properties subsequent to the filing of this suit, shall be made and
