THSS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Motion of the
Attorney for the Plaintiff for the entry of an Order requiring
Plaintiff to deposit the sum of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN flUNDRED AND

the above=styled Court in arder to pay pending Judgments, Fees,
and Costs and the~Court being fully advised in the premises, it

ORDERED AND .ADJUDGED as follows:
THAT PLAINTIFF, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, be and is hereby directed
