ORDER .
. THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Petitioner's
Motion Authorizing Receiver to Distribute Cash, and the Court '
being otherwise fully advised, it is
ADJUUGED as follows:
Z. The Court authorizes the receiver to retain $2,500.00
in an interest bearing escrow account to be utilized for unforese
contingencies.
2. The Court further finds that the receiver is
authorized to retain $125.00 monthly to be utilized for escrow _
funds_and be applied towards the Fernandino property taxes. .
~ 3. Receiver can also retain an additional $375.00 in an .
interest bearing escrow account to be applied towards the
FerRandino mbrtgage and that figure represents.$125.00 for
January, February and March-of 1978. ~
4. That the Court authorizes and directs the receiver to
distribute the remaining current surplus equalZy to the Estate of
Howard F. Howe and to Lucille Howe and that income callected in .
future months,which in the receiver's discretion is not needed to
meet current expenses, shall be di~tributed monthly.
