GOLDMAN, shall forthwith remit to the Defendant, ALEXANDER J.
SUBATCH, the deposit in the amount of Three Thousand Six Hundred
Eleven Dollars and No Cents ($3,611.00), held by tiim, less the
sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($350.00) attorney's
fees to him pursuant to an agreement between the Defendant,
ALEXANDER J. SUBATCH and HAROLD H. GOLDMAN. •
