AGREED ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on the Defendants', GEORGE ~
THEODOROU, B-H LEASING, INC., and STATE FARM MUTDAL AUTOMOBILE
INSURANCE COMPANY, motion for compulsory physical examination,
and there being no objection by the co-defendant or the plaintiffs,
and the plaintiffs hereby agree and consent to the entry of this
Order, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff,_BRENDA H.
GIDDENS, shall submit herself to a compulsory physical examin-
ation to be performed by JOHN B. SULLIVAN, M.D., at 706 North
7th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, on March 28, 1978, at 1:00 o'clock
P.M.
DONE AND ORDERED-in Chambers, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
