" The undersigned petitioner alleges:
- 1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
surviving spouse of the decedent and as sole beneficiary
under the La~t Will and Testament of the decedent. Peti-
tioner's name and address is as set forth in paragraph 3 and
the name and address of her attorney is as set forth at the
end of this petition. -
2. Decedent, GEORGE E. GURRIERE, whose last known
address was 191 Lueero Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452,
died on November 15, 1977 at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
3. Petitioner is the surviving spouse and sole bene-
ficiary under the Will of the-decedent. Petitioner resides
at 191 Lucero Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452 and is
over the age of 18 years.
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because ~
decedent died while a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida. •
