LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
~ GEORGE E. GURRIERE
I, GEORGE E. GURRIERE, a citizen and resicient oF St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby revoke and-annul any and all Wills and Codicils thereto
by me at any time heretofore made, and do hereby make, publish
and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testan~ent.
I.
I will and direct that all of.my just debts, funeral expenses
and expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as pra~ticable
after my death and that my body be interred in my cemetery plot in -
the Riverside Cemetery in Farmington, Connecticut.
II.
I give, bequeath and devise all of my estate, including any
property over which I have a power of appointment, and all r-eal,
personal and intangible property, of whatever kind, character and
description, and wherever situated to my wife, THERESA C. GURRIERE,
if she shall survive me. In the event my wife shall not survive
me, then I give, bequeath and devise all of my estate as afore-
said as follows:
A. One-half (1/2) thereof to my sister-in-law, MARY
ANN PERBECK, and her husband, EDWARD PERBECK, as
tenants by the entirety, or to their surviving issue, •
per stirpes.
B. One-fourth (1/4) thereof to my sister, CONCETTA -
CASTRO, and her husband, NUNZIO CASTRO, as tenants by
the entirety, or to their survivinq issue, per stirpes.
C. One-fourth (1/4) thereof to my sister, CARMELLA
SCOGLIO, or to her surviving issue, per stirpes.
