In the event my wife and I shall die simultaneously, or '

under circumstances which make it difficult to determine which ~

of us died first, or if my wife shall die within sixty (60) days `

after my death, I direct that my wife shall be conclusively deemed
to have predeceased me for the purposes of this Will, and I direct ;

that the provisions of this Will shall be construed upon that :

asswnption. This paragraph shall not, however, deprive my wife a

of possession or enjoyment of property which she would otherwise '

be entitled to and this paragra~sh shall be given effect only to ~

the extent it does not violate any applicable rules against perpe- i

tuities, or suspension of the power of alienation, or.any other ;

rule of law. ~

I appoint my wife, THERESA C. GURRIERE, to be the Executrix
of this Will. In the event she should fail to qualify or cease ;
to act, I appoint my sister, CONCETTA CASTRO, to act in her place- ~
and stead. I direct that my Executrix shall not be required to ~

; post bond or other security for the ~aithful performance of her ~
;

duties hereunder. ±

~ I hereby give and grant unto my Executrix, or any other sub-
stitute or successor personal representative, full right and power,
to hold, ;nanage, invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage, pledge,
