ORDER OF FAMILY ADIdINISTRATION
On the Petition of FREDERICK DUNN ZUVER for Family Administra- l
tion of the Estate of FERN D. ZUVER, Deceased, the court finding that
the decedent died on the 28th day of February, 1978; that all interested
persons have been served proper notiae of this hearing or have waived
notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition are true;
and that an Order of Family Administration should be entered in accord-
ance.with the petition, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution-of the assets of ~
the decedent as follows:

ADJUDGID FURTHEft, that those to whom specified parts of the de-
cedent's estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to receive

ADJUDGED FURTHER that Distritiutees shall be personally liable
for all lawful claims against the estate of the decedent, not to exceed
the amount of distributive share.
ADJUDGID FURTIiER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent and those with whom securities or other proper-
ties of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to comply
with this order by paying, delivering and transferring to those specified
above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to them by this Order,
and shall not be accountable to anyone else f r the property.
