The petitioner, STELLA H. O'NEIL, alleges: ^ Q~'.., P
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
nominated personal representative and devisee.
2. Petitioner's name and address are: STELLA H. O'NEIL,
1177 Bayshore Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the name and address
~ of petitioner's attorney are set forth at the end of this petition.
3. Decedent, PHTLIP F. O'NEIL, whose last known address was
1177 Bayshore Drive, Apt. ~205, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on
March 4, 1978, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. So far as is known, the r,~mes of the benef iciaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are:
