I, PHILIP F. O'NEIL, of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie and State
of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL
AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all former WilZs heretofore by me made. -
FIRST -
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
after my death as may be practicable, and that expenses of administration of
my estate be paid as incurred.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my ~property, both real and

personal, of every kind and nature whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I ~
give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, STELLA H. O'NEIL, as her j

own absolutely, provided that she shatl survive me; but if she fails to survive
me, then said property shall be divided into two parts of substantially equal
value, one part of which shall go to my daughter, JUDY O'NEIL COWAI~L if
then living, otherwise to her descendants, per stirpes; and the other ~art
shall go to my son, DAVID S, O'~tEIL, if then living, otherwise .to his
descendants, per stirpes.
