1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
designated Personal Representative. Petitioner's name and address

Avenue, Stuart, Florida 33494. and the name and address of
Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, FRANKLIN BEARDSLEY, whose iast known address
was 2872 Merritt Terrace, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, a~ea on
February 24, Z978, at Stuart, Martin County, Florida, and at the
time of death the Decedent was d~miciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far.as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
