7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of Decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The originals of the Decedent's Last Will dated May 20,
1966 and First Codicil dated January 7, 1975 accompany this Petition. '
Petitioner requests that the Decedent's Last Will and
First Codicil be admitted to Probate and that it be appointed Personal
Representative of the estate of the Decedent.
