C. To receive, collect, hold, control, manage,

invest, and reinvest the Trust estate, to pay all expenses in

connection~therewith, to adjust and compramise any and all '
claims, to collect rents and income, to borrow and loan money,
to take or give collateral, to vote stock, to give proxies, ~
to enter into reorganization agreements, and to do all other
things necessary or convenient to the management and operation
of the Trust ,
FOURTH: I hereby nominate and appoint FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF STUART,Stuart, Florida, a national banking association,
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and authorize
and empower it as Exe~utor to sell at public or private sale, ,
the whole or any part of my estate, real, personal or mixed, or
to mortgage, lease, or make such other disposition of said estate,
as it, in its judgment, shall find proper. ~
