I, FRANKLIN BEARDSLEY , a reeident of Port St . Lucie , St . Lucie
County, Florid~, do hereby make, publisti and declare this to be the First Codicil
to the Laet Will and Testament executed by me on May 20 , 1966 in the presence of
11dARY V. BYRD , LEIGHAN R. RINKEB , and WILLIAM F, CRARY .
' I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand (~5,000.00) Dollara
to my daughter-in-law, MARCIA SCOTT BEARDSLEY, if she shall survive me;
provided however that if she shall not aurvive me. then this bequest shall
lapse and shall be disposed of as part of my residuary estate .
In all other respects , I ratify snd confirm all of the provisions of my
said Will dated May 20 , 1966 .
