Florida, being of sound m~.nd and memory,.do hereby make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke
all Wills and Codicils.thereto which I may have heretofore made. ~

FIRST:~ I direct tha~ my Executrix hereinafter named
pay all my funeral expenses, expenses of last illness, and all of
my just debts as soon as practicable. after my death. I further
direct that my Executrix pay as expenses of administration of my
estate, all inheritance, succession and estate taxes that may be ;

levied by reason of my death upon the inheritance of, succession
to, or transfer of any and~all property which may be included in my }
. ;
estate or in the list of property used in the tax computation under

the terins of any inheritance, succession or estate tax law, together =

with any and all interest on.any such taxes, My Executrix shall ;

not look to any person or fund for reimbursement for all or any - ~

part of any such tax or interest except as hereinafter in this ~

item provided. Before using, for the payment of debts, funeral
expenses or expenses of administration, including inheritance,
succession and estate taxes as above provided, any item of or :

interest in real or tangible personal property which I may own at ;
the time of my death, my Executrix shall first draw upon and exhaust, ~

if necessary, the assets permitted to be used for such purposes under =

the terms of the Agreement of Trust dated May 30, 1975, and any ~

amendments or supplements thereto or restatements thereof, in which ;
