HOYT, or, if she is deceased, then to my said children in t as nearly equal shares as possible; or, if any is deceased, then s his or her share is to be divided among his or her lawful living ~ issue, per stirpes and not per capita; and if none, then to my lawful living issue, per stirpes and not per capita; and if none, then to or among the person or persons who would be entitled to inherit from me under the Florida laws of descent and distribution then in effect in accordance with the apportionment prescribed therein as if I had died intestate.
