I likewise authorize my Executrix to pay all, or suah part, o~
any balance of tax shown on any joint return and any additional
t8x, interest and penalty thereon. My Executrix shall not be liable

to any beneficiary of this Will by reason of carrying out the ~

SEVENTti: If my wife, NAZEL H. HOYT, and I shall die
under such circumstances that the order of our deaths canriot be ;

established, it shall be conclusively presumed for all purposes ~
of this Will that I shall be presumed to have been survived by
