I, JOHN J. SIWINSKI, SR.~ domiciled~and residinq in
Fort Pierce, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills made by me.
FSRST; I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, expenses of my 2ast illness and costs of administering
my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death. . .
98COtID: I give the sum of $1.00 to my son, JOHN J.
SIWINSKI, JR.
THIRD: I give the sum of $1.00 to my daughter, BARBARA
SIWINSKI, whose present married name is unknown to me at this time.
FOURTH: I give the rest, remainder, and residue of my
estate to my sister, IRENE S7`OOR, of 211 Pine Street, New Haven,
Connecticut 0651~. In the event that my sister, IRENE STOOR,
predeceases me, I give my entire estate to my other sister,
MARY STRUZINSKI, also of 211 Pine Street, New Haven, Connecticut
06513.
FIFTH: It is my will and desire to be buried in the St.
Bernard Cemetery in New Haven, Connecticut.
SIXTH: I appoint my sister, IRENE STOOR, Executor of
this Will and of my estate. If she is unable or unwilling to
serve, I appoint my sister, MARY STRUZINSKI, to be Successor
Executor. The Executor of this will shall serve without compensa-
tion and shaZl not be required to furnish bond.
The Executor of this Will is invested with full power. -
and authority to sell, encumber, and otherwise dispose of all
personal and real property whenever my Executor deems it necessary
and at a price which my Executor deems adequate, without the
intervention of any~Court. It is my suggestion and I so request
that my Executor shall confer with C. R.~McDONALD, JR., ESQUIRE,
my attorney, for assistance in probating this Will and in closinq

my estate.
