The undersigned petitioners allege: ~
1. The petitioners have an interest in the above estate as the
surviving children,~and sole heirs at law of the decedent. Their names and -
addresses are as set forth in Paragraph .3 and the name and address of their
attorney is set forth at the end of this petition.
2. The decedent, LESLIE L. MeGEE, whose last known address was 1116
Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on October 3, 1977 at Fort Pierce,
Florida and at the time of death the decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie ~
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this estate,
their addresses and relationship to the decedent and the ages of any who
are minors, are:

infierest in.Lot 10, Block M, HARMONY HEIGHTS Subdivision, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 8, page 24 of the Pulilic Records of St. Lu~ie County,
Florida. Une-half (z) interest appraised at $9,000.00.
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration in this state,
~ Iess the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, do~s not
exceed $10,000.00.
