On the petition of Cyndi MeGee Dunphy, Larry L. MeGee and Florene
MeGee, as Mother and Natural Guardian of David C. McGee for Summary
Administration of the Estate of Leslie L. MeGee, deceased, the Court
finding that the decedent died on the 3rd day of October, 1977; th~t
the material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order
of Summary Admi.nistration should be entered, it is ~
ADNDGED that there be imnediate distribufiion of the following-~
descri.bed assets of the decedent, to-wit:
One-hal.f (2) interest in Lot 10, Blk. M, HARMONY HEIGHTS S/b,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page 24 of the Public
Records of St. Lueie County, Florida
as follows: -

ADJUDGED FURTHER that those to whorr+ speficied parts of the decedent's
estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to receive and collect

the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the right.
ADJUDGED FURTIiER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding property of
the decedent, and those with whom securities or other properties of decedent
ar~ registered, are authorized and empowered to comply with this order by
paying, delivering and transferring to those speeified above the parts of
the decedent's estate assigned to them by this order, and shall not be
