I, DEWEY O. SHAVER, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do ~

hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and ~
Testament, and hereby xevoke any and all other Wills and Codi-

cils heretofore made by me. ' ~

I direct that all my just debts and~funeral expenses be ~

paid as soon after my death as convenient, and I hereby author-
ize my personal representative to select and pay for, out of my
estate, an appropriate monument for the graves of my wife and
myself. `

II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
I devise to my wife, NOVA G. SHAVER, should she survive me. ~
III.
Should my wife, NOVA G. SHAVER, predecease me, I devise ,
the residue of my estate as follows:
A. All my household furniture, furnishings and
personal effects, to my wife's sister, OLIVE I~.
MILLER, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio;
B. The remainder of the residue of my estate shall
be divided into two equal parts, hereinafter refer-
red to as "Part A" and "Part B" and shall pass as
follows:
2. Part A shall go to my wife's sister,
OLIVE L. MILLER, should she-survive me, and
~ if not, in equal shares to her then living ~
children, if any. Should she leave no chil-
dren surviving her, this devise shall lapse
and become a part of my estate designated as ~ '
Part B;

sisters, LULA RICHARDS,_of Jamestown, Ohio,
Melva Davis, of Gallipolis, Ohio, and BELVA
