STEWART, of Gallipolis, Ohio. If any of my _
said three sisters shall fail to survive me and
leave a descendant or descendants living at
the time of my death, such descendant or
descendants shall represent the said deceased
~ sister and take her share; otherwise, the
share of said deceased sister shall drop out,
~ thereby increasing the shares of the other
sisters then living, or their descendants, as
the-case may be. If all three of my said
sisters shall Eail to survive me and leave no
descendants, then the share left to my three ~
sisters shall drop out and become a part of
Part A.
IV.
I appoint my wife, NOVA G~. SHAVER, as personal repre-
sentative of my estate, to serve without bond. In the event my
wife is not willing or able to serve as such, I appoint FIRST
NATIONAI, BANK OF FORT PIERCE. Fort Pierce, Florida, or its suc-
cessor, as personal representa~ive.
V.
I hereby give my personal representative, in addition
to the powers conferred by the laws of the State of Florida, the
power to sell all or any part of the real property at any time
belonging to my estate, at public or private sale, for cash or on
terms, without Court Order.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal,
