This cause came on for hearing before me upon the Respondent's
Motion.to Dismiss and Motion to Strike the Petitioners, SANDPIPER BAY,
INC., and CAPRICORN HOLDING CO., INC., Petition for Writ of Mandamus
and this Court being fully advised in the premises, it is ~hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss and the Motion
to Strike are hereby denied and the Respondent is given seven t7) days,
by way of an answer to the Petition, to show cause why the Writ of
Mandamus should not be issued by this Court.
