Lender the rents of the Propeny, provided that Borruwer shall, priar to acceleration under paragraph 1R hereof or abando~- ~
ment af the Property, have the right to coUect and retain such rents as they become due and payable.

21. Future Advsaces. Upon rcquest by &irrov?•er, Lende,r, at l_ender s option within twenty ycars from thc datc of this
Mortgage, may make Futu~e Advanc~s to Borrower. Such Future Advanees, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this

amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the

22. Rekase. Upon payment of ait sums sccured by this M~rtgage, Lender ahall release this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay a11 costs of recordation, it any.
