KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned,
owners of a certain Real Estate Mortgage wherein Leonard D.
and Helen M Conway are mortgagors and First Newport Realty
_ Investors (formerly Alison Mortgage Investment Trust) is
mortgagee, and given upon the following described real
property, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel 908 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM
ONE, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 245, page 65, et seq.
and as amended in Official Records Book 253, page 365,
et seq., all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~
and recorded in Official Records Book 265~of Mortgages, on
Page 2683, Document No. , in the office of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, State of Florida on the 30th day -
of March, 1977, as assigned in Official Records Book 266,
page 162S, to the Finnisterre Corp. a Texas corporation, and
as further assigned in.Official Records Book 266, page 1626,
to Alison Mortgage Tnvestment Trust, now known as First
Newport Realty Investors, a California business trust,,all
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does
hereby acknowledge full payment af the debt secured thereby
and does release and discharge same of record.
