DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT made Chis 28th day of March , 197 8,
between HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS~ a General Florida Part-
nership, as the Grantor(s) and St. Lucie County, 2300 Virginia
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee. ~ ~

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor(s), in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid~ the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the
Grantee~ its successors and assigns, a perpeCual easement for
the purpose of clearing ditches and drains in, upon and through
the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida~ Co

A 30 foot wide easement from the North Line of Tract
"A" of the yet to be recorded Plat of HIDDEN RIVER
ESTATES, said easement to be an extension of the west
30 feet of Tract "A" Northerly to the St. Lucie River;
said 30 foot drainage easement being more particularly
described as follows: ~
Com~nencing at the Southwest corner of Section 27, Town-
ship 36 South, Range 40 East St. Lucie County, Florida;
. thence N 89°39'S8" E along the South line of said °
~Section 27 for a distance of 1995.1Z feet; thence N OU°
12'S2" W for a distance of 2334.77 feet; thence N 89°
47' 08" E.for a distance of 170. 55 feet to the POI21T
OF BEGINNING; Thence S. 71°36'09" E foY a distance of
- 31.65 feet; thence N 00°12'S2" W for a distance of 100
feet, more or less, to the mean high water line, as it
now exists, of the North Forl~ of the St. Lucie River; ~
Thence Westerly along said mean high water line for a
distance of 30 feet, more or 1ess, to a POINT; (said
Point being N OC~°12'S2" W, of the POINT OF BEGINNING)
Thence S 00°12'S2" E. for a distance'of 100 feet, more
or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
All lying and being in Section 27, Township 36 South, ~
Range 40 EasC, St.~ Lucie County, Florida. ~
