ARTICLE I.

I~Sequeath all of my personal effects, household goods,
automobiles, and all other items of goods and chattels to my
husband ROY DELBRIDGE (hereinafter called "my Y~usband"), if
he survives me, or if he predeceases me, to my children who
survive me in equal shares. My children on the date hereof are
my daughters, DIANA MARIE DELBRIDGE and DONNA LYI~N DELBRIDGE.

ARTICLE II.
I give and devise the residue of my estate ~o my husband,
or if he does not survive me, per stirpes to my descendants z
who survive me .

No person named in this Will shall be deemed_to have
survived me unless he or she is living on the thirtieth day

ARTICLE IV.

for any reason my husband fails or ceases to act as executor,

as executor. I direct that no security on the executor's
bond be required of my husband. . ~
1. I direct the executor to pay out of my estate
pa~sing !~ereunder, after satisfaction of the bequest or

my estate and all estate, inheritance, transfer ar?d
succession taxes (including inrerest and penalties, if
any) which become due by reason of my death. I waive ~
on behalf of my estate any right to recover from any ~
