JAMES EVANS d/b/a J& L DRYWALL, contracted with JAMES
L. CAPOBIANC:f~,and MARIA A. CAPOBIANCO, his wife, on or about

February 14, 1977, to furnish labor, services, and materials con-
sisting of drywall and installation thereof to the premises owned ~ ~

by JAMES L. CAPOBIANCO and MARIA A. CAPOBIANCO, his wife, of 167
Hemet Street, Port St. Lucie, F~orida, which property is described

as follows:
Lot L, Block 14, Section 14, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, Queens Cove Unit ~1 as recorded in
Plat Book 1Z, Pages 12A~ 12B and 12C,-public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
On or about December 12, 1977, JAMES EVANS d/b/a J& L
DRYWALL filed for record a Claim of Lien against the above-described
property in the office of recorder of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, which Claim of Lien was duly recorded in Official Record
Book 278 at page 1766 of said county.
In consideration of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars,

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, JAMES EVAidS d/b/a J& L ~
DRYWALL releases the above-described property and JAMES L. CAPOBIANCO

and MARIA A. CAPOBIANCO, his wife, personally from all ~iability ~

arising out o.f the labor, services, and materials consisting of F
° drywall and installation thereof to tlie premises by JAMES EVANS
d/b/a J& L DRYWALL, under the terms of the above-mentioned contract,
and authorizes and directs that the above-mentioned lien be discharged
of record. ~ ~
