THI~ CAUSE was reconvened for continuation of the
Medical Mediation Hearing on March 15, 1978. At the commencement
of the proceeding on such date, it was brought to the attention
of the Judicial Referee and the Medical Mediation Panel that
amicable arrangements have been arrived at for the dismissal

from this cause of Defendants, C. C. BENTON, M. D., and D. M.
BLEECH, M. D.
It was represented to the Judicial Referee and made
of record in this hearing that agreement has been reached between
the insurance carrier for C. C. BENTON, M. D., and D. M. BLEECH,
M. D., wherein an agreed sum of money would be paid to the Estate
of BST~Y GENE PRIDE, deceased, and in consideration thereof it was
