stipulated that a dismissal would be taken as to Defendants,
C. C. BENTON, M. D., and D. M. BLEECH, M. D. Upon Motion of
counsel for the said Defendants, C. C. BENTON, M. D., and D. M.
BLEEGH, M. D., and counsel for ANDREW PRIDE, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of BETTY GENE PRI~E, deceased, the
Court acting as Judicial Referee has heretofore entered in the
official record of these proceedings an Order dismissing the
cause and teriainating the jurisdiction of the Medical Mediation
Panel as to the said Defendants, C. C. BENTON, M. D.,~and D. M.
BLEECA, M. D.
Based on the aforesaid prior oral ruling of the Court
and the Motion of counsel heretofare set out, it is thereupon:
CONSIDERED ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
The Medical Mediation herein is hereby dismissed as
to Defendants, C. C. BENTON, M. D., and D. M. BLEECH, M. D., and
. jurisdiction of this Medical Mediation Panel is hereby ordered
terminated as to such Defendants.
Nothing herein shall constitute a termination of
jurisdiction or any indication of release of the Defendant,
