A. In the event the wife does not rehabilitate
herself during the period of time her~in s~~t forth and applies
for a continuation, or extension of the rehabilitative alimony
her~in granted. the Court shall consider any diminishment or
reduction in the husband's obligation to pay child support in
reaching a determination as to same; however, the wife is -
encouraged to continue with her education in order.that she
might be in a positio~ of improvinq her economic position and

obtaining better employment. ,
7. On or before 90 days from the date hereof,
the husband shall pay to the wife the sum of S350.00, same
being one-half (1/2) of the income tax refund received by the
husband as a result of the filing of the parties' joint income
tax return for the year 1976,
8. The wife's attorneys' fees are set at S1,250.00
for her representation herein and JOHNSON, ACKERMAN 6 BAKST, P. A.,

her said attorneys, ar.e hereby granted a judqment.against the
~ husband for said amount, for all of which let execution issue. ~

a 9. Except for the dissolution of marriage granted
