WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the bud
in the form of donations from the City of Fort Pierce, the Smithsonian Marine Staff,
Inc and Edlund & Dritenbas Architects to be used toward the grand opening cererr
Marine Center.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ¢
in meeting assembled this 21st day of August, 2001, pursuant to Section 129.06
funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-01, and the County's bud
follows:
