THIS CAUSE was heard on the 7th day of April. 1978, upon ~

the motion for contempt previously filed herein by the attorney for
the wife, OSBOR,'~IE WALKER 0'QUINN, and the Respondent, ROBERT LEE
CONFER, JR., having failed to appear after being properly served ;
with Notice and Motion as set forth above, and said attorney having
appeared in person in open Court, and the Court having found that
the Respondent, ROBERT LEE CONFER, JR., has violated the-terms.of y

the Final.Judg~ent of this Court dated Plovember 8, 1977, by his ~
- ;
failure to pay attorneys fees in the amount of $227.50 and is, ;
therefore, adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court for -
his willful failure to pay the sum set forth above pursuant to the

! Final Judgment. a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference

' made a part hereof, it is

s ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
~ ROBERT LEE CONFER. JR. is hereby sentenced to serve 15 days in the
St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, coBUnencing on April -

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself within 10 days ~

~ of the date of this order and be released by paying the sum of ~

~ $227.50, due as of this date to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, ~
