ORDER ON TEMPORARY_RELIEF
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me this
~th day of April, A. D. 1978, upon the petition of the Wife . ~
for temporar3r reZief~ the testimony of both parties having
been heard, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration,
ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Wife, CAROL JEAN BARKER, is hereby granted
temporary,custody of the minor child of the parties, JOSEPH
GRADY BARKER, with reasonable visitation rights granted to
the Husband, WILLIAM GRADY BARKER.
2. That the Husband, WILLIAM GRADY BARKER, is hereby
directed to pay to. the Wife the sum of $20.00 per week as temporary
child support, said payments to co~unence on April 14~ 1978, and
to continue until further Order of this Court. -
3. That the Wife, CAROL JEAN BARKER, is hereby awarded
possession of a rocking chair, metal table, baby bed and other
furnishings in the minor child's room~ which property is located
in the marital home of the parties at 1200 East Joy Lane,
Fort Pierce, Florida; and the Wife is further authorized to remove
said property from the marital home at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday,
April 8, 1978. tl~
