THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Wife's Motion for Contempt
and the Court having been advised in the premises finds that the Motion seeks a
Contempt Order which is anticipatory in nature based on the Husband's expressed
~ refusal to deliver the children of the marriage to the Wife on March 31, 1978,
for their Easter vacatton, and that the Husband should properly deliver the children
to the Wife at his expense on March 31, 1978, unless the Order of M~y 27, 1977,
can be amended prior to said date.
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUGED that ~he Wife's Motion
is denied due to the anticipatory nature of the alleged disobedience of the Court
Order. ~
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, St Lucie County,
Florida, on this day of April 1978. ~
