DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of April, 1978, and

the Court having given full.consideration to all the evidence, £inds
and determines; This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub-
,ject matter of this suit; that Che relation of husband and wife now

exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties

is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

I. DISSOLUTION OF I~SARRIAGE . The ma rriage between DENNIS ~
SHORTT and SILVIA LOPEZ SHORTT be, and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. That custody of CIELITO SE BASTIAN SHORTT, the

minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to DENAIIS SHORTT,
with reasonable visitation rights-~~served to SILVIA LOPEZ SHORTT.

3. JURISDICTION. The Court retains jurisdiction of this ~
cause and the parties hereto, for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
