~ ORDER
This cause coming on before the Court on matters of temporary
relief on April 7, 1978 and the Court having heard~the parties and their
counsel and being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED as follows:
1. That each of the parties be and are hereby restrained from
annoying or going about the other.
2. That the Wife, MARJORIE BELL, is found entitled to temporary
alimony and she is hereby awarded temporary alimony in the amount of
E50.00 per week beginning April 10, 1978 with the riqht to pay in advance
;
~ on a bi-weekly basis pending the final hearing in this cause.

! Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
}
~ remitted promptly to MARJORIE BELL. In addition there is hereby assessed the ~
° ~ sum of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.

of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
~ mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
~ 3. That the Husband, CLARENCE BELL, shall pay any outstanding
~ ~ medical bills of the parties and shall be liable for those medical bills ~ :

~ ~ 4. ~That the Court reserves the matter of attorney's fees in

this cause and awards the costs spent to date, ordering that the wife's

~ attorney be reimbursed for expenses to date including sheriff's service. ~
