DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of 12th day of April,

1978, and the Court having given full con-sideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; It is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
: 1.. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE . The marriage between WILLTAM LEE
MOORE and JANICE ANN MOORE be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the pa rties and each of them are hereby Forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor children, to-wit: BARBARA
LYNN MOORE, WILLIAM LEE MOORE, JR., and REBECCA SUE I~ORE, is hereby
awarded to JANICE ANN I~ORE, the Wife, with reasonable visitation -
rights res~rved to WILLIAM LEE MOORE, the Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the~`~ay of ~ , 1978,
WILLIAM LEE MOORE sha11 pay to JANICE ANN MOORE the total sum of
$35.00 each and every week for the support of the minor children named
above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

him remitted promptly to the Wife, JANICE ANN MOORE. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
