4. PROPERTY. The Stipulation entered into between the parties ;
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof,
but shall not be merged therein and shall survive the judgment and
be binding upon all parties for all times. ~
S. . NRISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the.entry of such further orders $s may be
proper.
