Lender the rcnts of the Propeny. provided that Bonower shaU, prior to acceleration under paragraph 18 hercof or abandon-

Upon acceleration under paragraph IR hereof or abandonrr~nt of the Propetty. I.ender shall be entitled to have a ;

21. Foture Ad~ancra. Upon request by Borrower, l.ender, at Lender
s option wi~hin twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with intercst thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidencod by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the '
security of this Mohgage. exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS.------------~ -
2Z Rekase. Upqn payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, I.ender shall release this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall p~y all costs of recordation,.if any.
23. Anorney's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's fces, if any.
